At Mezcal Güey, we honor every part of the maguey. After the piñas are harvested and roasted for our mezcal, we repurpose the leftover fibers into our labels. By using the discarded maguey fibers for our labels, we minimize environmental impact while preserving the spirit of mezcal-making.
