Our return policy is valid for 14 days after the order. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. An order wont be refunded if package is denied upon arrival - original package must be received and shipped back on customers expense.

Any returns or problems that occur because of our error will be handled at our expense. In cases where your customers would like to exchange or return a product without any defect in the product, or error on our part, will be done so at your expense.
